This report analyzes nuclear negligence in Tibet by the Chinese government. It is the first comprehensive report to analyze in detail allegations that range from descriptions of nuclear weapons production, deployment of nuclear missiles, deaths from radiation poisoning, and dumping of nuclear waste, to plans for building a nuclear reactor in Lhasa. The report is a product of a year-long research effort during which ICT pursued innumerable leads to verify information.
